About the DMV..

Alright, I personally dislike the player-ran DMV, except for ONE condition;

Players can drive cars even without license, but of course, us SAPD will pwn them.
So make it so they can drive the cars just fine, but police will make the punishment so harsh, it will be better for them to just go and get a license.

Police WILL make it harsh that you drive without a license.

I plan on making it REALLY harsh. Punishments will be seriously realistic. I don't want any bangbangpewpewLS-RP style going on this server.. If you kill someone, and we got proof you did, you might aswell be in there for a buncha' hours.

Yes.. murders need harsher punishments than 50 seconds in jail.

Driving without a license isn't something forgivable with a ticket. You'll get in jail for a good 25 minutes at least.

Kill someone (CK), we got proof, you might aswell head on to the electric chair.
Brutally wound (kill, but not CK) someone, we got proof, it's attempted murder, you're in for a good 10 hours.
