First of all I think it would be better if the cops wont get the suspects money wenn he gets arrested. The cop will receive money from the goverment. The officer can write down a bail. The suspect cant pay the bail by himself. First he need to call a lawyer which would come as soon as possible. Dont know about the roleplay of lawyers but to keep it short, the lawyer should pay out the bail and wenn the suspect is released the suspect needs to pay the lawyer the bail and the lawyer for helping him. I think we should have 10 wanted points. Each wanted point will be like 10 minutes? It would be usefull to have a tv in each cell, dont know if its scriptable to place a tv like in houses and apartments inside a cell so the prisoner can watch tv while sitting out their time. The command will be /tv afcourse.
No idea about what you can watch but I will think about it.

Well I was thinking about the news ( dont know if it will be implended ), maybe some live things happening in Los Santos, like you spectate a player, but then you can see things from above, like a sateliet. Like you can see as prisoner how life goes on while your jailed
