Grammatical tips!
I know it sounds geekish, but it's alright. It breaks my heart when I see a perfectly grammatised thread, with capitals and all, then I see;
"I like xx more then yy."
So here's a thread where we can post grammatical tips to tune up our grammar! WOO-HEE!
Than is a conjunction used in comparatives. For instance:
I like you more than him.
Then, though is a term expressing a time period. Example:
I will go do the dishes, then clean my room.
Your is a term expressing something that is your property. Example:
Your car is nice!
You're means 'You are' simply. Example:
You're a nice person!
Their is a term expressing the property of 'them'. Example:
Their parents were away, so they acted like idiots.
There is a term that expresses a place.
Will could go and sit over there.
They're means 'They are' simply. Example:
They're so ugly, I wonder who let them be strippers.

Good someone finally brought those up.
Especially the "They're" "There" "their" Things piss me off
when people write "thei'r" and all sorts of weird words i've never even dreamed about.

I know people aren't here to learn english, but this will be a roleplaying server no? Roleplay is more fun with good grammar and spelling
