Introduce

I'm not sure if this is codable, but if it is, it'd be awesome:

You can't see players' names above their heads. You can only see their ID. Though, you can use the command /name ID <Name>.
For instance;

<4> says: Hey there, need a lift?
You say: Yeah, sure.
/me climbs into the car and fastens his seatbelt.
<4> says: Where to?
You say: The bank please, thanks. What's your name by the way?
<4> says: Oh, I'm John Conbell..
You say: Alright, nice to meet you John. I'm Karl.
/name 4 John_Conbell


Then whenever you see this player, his name will appear above his head.
It'd be cool if you can do that. Probably not though =/

Or for perhaps an easier version to code:

<4> says: Hey there, need a lift?

You say: Yeah, sure.

/me climbs into the car and fastens his seatbelt.

<4> says: Where to?

Then HE will see your name.

omfg, its actually a great idea, its like pritin's phonebook, you see a guy he tells you his name and you register it, so you will knwo who are the guys you know in game and who arent.

It's a great idea, but it will seem very much like we copied from another server's gamemode.

No one else does that? I haven't seen it on any of the servers..

They don't. They make it so you can only see 15 name tags of your choice. Which is gay.

My idea comes from another, MEDIEVAL roleplaying game that doesn't have anything to do with GTA. And shit, why do people keep complaining about 'copying other server's ideas'..
It's like:

OMG THEY'RE USING GUNS.
WTF PLAGIARISM!

I have to agree on this one.
We need to stop beeing so stucked on "not copying other servers". We aren't copying. We have good ideas that just happens to be on another server.
Other servers uses money. So we need to remove money ok?
Other servers uses health. Let's remove health.
Other servers uses the GTA skins. Let's remove the skins.
Other servers....

Well, we'll see about this at a later stage. We have loads of more basic things we need to do firstm which will be dealt with first. I am locking this thread.
