I would like to add something with your suggestion.
50% to succeed is just fine, but for civilians...
I think family members should have 100% to succeed, first off all...
They know its not allowed to abuse it... if they want to knockout somebody its probably for a good reason and will increase the roleplay afcourse.
I was also in a family in LS RP and its annoying if 3 family's members tries to knock down 1 idiot and they all fail hehe.
Then he goes for a run afcourse till he die...

Just think about it.
